Billing and account

The account and looking around cost nothing. Billing is by usage, counting the renderings your organization exports. The bill goes to the organization, not to individual members.

Usage#

Einstellungen›Abrechnung (settings, billing) shows what your organization used in the last 30 days or the last week. Only owners and admins of the organization see that page.

Payment method#

1. Open Einstellungen›Abrechnung.
2. Click “Zahlungsmethode hinterlegen” (add payment method) and follow the payment provider’s steps.
3. From then on, whatever your organization uses is billed automatically.

“Verwalten” (manage) lets you change the payment method later. Questions about an invoice are answered through contact.

Your account#

Under Einstellungen›Konto you manage your profile and how you sign in. The account belongs to you, not to the organization. You take it along when you switch to another one.

Deleting your account#

You can also delete your account there. The dialog lists beforehand what goes with it.

• Your profile with name, email address and photo.
• Your projects including their saved scenes.
• Your uploaded screenshots and images.
• Your sign-in methods, passkeys and all signed-in devices.
• Your membership in your organization.
